I’ve honed and crafted these online courses based on some of the topics I work with clients on most frequently in my one-on-one therapy sessions and now I’m so excited to share them with you here. 

I know individual therapy simply isn’t accessible to everyone for a number of reasons. Even if you can and do access one-on-one counselling, it can be so beneficial to supplement that with online learning as well. 

I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating these offerings for you, and I’m constantly adding to and evolving them. I hope you find something here that will be supportive for you and that you’ll join me in one of these courses.

A virtual community dedicated to reclaiming your authentic self and cultivating emotional wellness


Wellspring is my signature program – a combination of course and community. Wellspring is a space for you to uncover your core wounds, process emotional pain, and cultivate a set of practices to support your mental health and well-being so you can feel good, nourished and supported.

Wellspring is also a space to learn how to move away from the linear path of our modern Western society and step into a more cyclical and seasonal way of being. It’s a space to learn how to return to ancestral practices from your own lineage, and a slower pace of life.

In Wellspring, you’ll learn to:

  • Radically show up for your needs
  • Prioritize your well-being
  • Tune into the natural cycles of nature to feel more connected to your body, your heart, and ultimately, yourself

An Online Self-study Course to Help You Develop an Empowered and Healthy Relationship With Your Anxiety


In this course, we’ll explore cognitive, emotion-focused and body-based approaches to working with anxiety based on everything I know from years of experience supporting therapy clients to overcome anxiety.  

You’ll walk away from this course with a toolbox filled with techniques to manage your anxiety, an understanding of the roots of your anxious thoughts and feelings, and skills for self-soothing in anxious moments. A Self-study Course to Connect With Your Inner Child
and Reclaim Your Power


Who were you before the world told you who you should be? I truly believe this is one of the most important questions we can be asking ourselves. Throughout our lives, we receive so many messages about who we “should” be in the world and what we “should” do. So many of us end up feeling disconnected from our inner knowing. One of the best ways to reconnect with this part of our selves is through inner child work.

I’ve created this self-study mini-course to walk you through the process of connecting to your inner child, nurturing and reparenting her, and stepping back into your power.

This course is made up of four modules that you can approach at your own pace. Each contains an audio lesson with a transcript exploring the material, and a workbook filled with reflective exercises and journal prompts to guide you through connecting to and reparenting your inner child.

If you want to understand the roots of old patterns and coping strategies that continue to show up in your life now… and then get clear on how you can shift those through self-exploration, compassion, and reparenting your inner child, then this is for you.
